Route and Rest Stop Information

No updates at this time.

Ride Date and Start/Finish Location

Date: Saturday October 18, 2014. Start/Finish will be at the Veterans' Memorial Center, 203 East Fourteenth Street (corner of E. 14th & B Sts.) in Davis.

Davis Bike Club ride information can be found here.

Radio Plans

As last year, we will use 2 meter repeaters as primary and secondary. In addition, if Air 1 flies, there be a 2m remote tuned to the 2m Primary linked to the 440 and 900 repeater.

APRS

APRS operations will take place on the YARS special event APRS system, not the national APRS channel due to congestion and coverage issues. Any ops that still use RELAY, WIDE or WIDE2-2 should switch their paths to the new standard of WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1.

PDF Ride Maps Available by request

Ride Map pdf's are available and can be emailed on request as well as the frequency list for those that don't want/need to come to s/f to pick up. Shirts will be sent out via SAG for those who don't plan to come to s/f.

Roster

This is the roster and shifts as the positions are being filled.
Due to the high number of returning ops, an (*) will denote those that have confirmed for this year.

SAG numbers are not necessarilty sequential. Because most SAG drivers work both the Foxy's Fall and the Davis Double Century, SAG numbers are kept the same for both events for simplicity.
