12 October 2017 at 1100 - Roster update, possible route changes due to fire 4 September 2017 at 1145 - Route and Rest Stop update. 1 September 2017 at 1030 - Roster Update, 2016 Route Map Links. 16 August 2017 at 2030 - initial page setup, rollover of last year's roster, minor updates.
As of 12 October, due to the fires, possible rerouting of the 100 mile and 100k may occur if the necessary permits can be obtained.
2017 Route Changes: As of 4 September, due to construction on Road 29 routes have not been finalized. Likely changes include mileage changes to 100k and 100 miles routes and Fairfield water stop to be moved to Lagoon Valley Park.
Start/Finish will be at the Veterans' Memorial Center, 203 East Fourteenth Street (corner of E. 14th & B Sts.) in Davis.
As last year, we will use 2 meter repeaters as primary and secondary. In addition, if Air 1 flies, there be a 2m remote tuned to the 2m Primary linked to the 440 and 900 repeater.
APRS operations will take place on the YARS special event APRS system, not the national APRS channel due to congestion and coverage issues. Any ops that still use RELAY, WIDE or WIDE2-2 should switch their paths to the new standard of WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1.
This is the roster and shifts as the positions are being filled.
Due to the high number of returning ops, an (*) will denote those that have confirmed for this year.
SAG numbers are not necessarilty sequential. Because most SAG drivers work both the Foxy's Fall and the Davis Double Century, SAG numbers are kept the same for both events for simplicity.
